Indodana is seeking a field sales supervisor in Bogor to drive area targets and build strong merchant relationships. You will lead 15–20 sales promoters, conduct on-site visits, and ensure POS promotions and program targets are achieved.

The role requires at least a diploma, 2+ years in sales, and solid leadership, communication, and Excel skills. Shifts are required, and placement is Bogor.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong Leadership and able to manage Team and Area; good communication and marketing skills with social media.

Responsabilités

• Meet sales targets in the assigned area.
• Daily visits to merchants and build good relationships with PIC store.
• Ensure programs and sales targets in the area are met.
• Ensure placement of POP materials/promotions in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for sales info, competitors, and field issues.
• Manage around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refresher training for Promoters.
