Indodana is looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead area targets and coordinate with merchant partners. You will conduct daily merchant visits to ensure in-store promotions and program targets are met.

You will supervise about 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and around 80 promoters, monitor activities, and train field teams. Strong leadership and communication are essential; MS Office and Excel proficiency is required.

Competenze

• Diploma degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years' sales experience in financial services or related field.
• Experience in managing teams or area.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.

Mansioni

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visit to merchant.
• Ensure programs sales targets are met in the area.
• Ensure placement POP material promotion in store.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues.
• Handle around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders with around 80 Sales promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for promoters.
• Monitor data 1st billing by promoter and by merchant.
