Responsibilities

• Support and supervise Jiva Leads for efficient operations.
• Manage recruitment process from profile reviews to interviews.
• Supervise efforts to identify and hire potential Sahabat Jiva.
• Review farmers’ suitability for credit approvals.
• Identify locations suitable for Jiva UPCs.
