Qualifications

• Field experience in commodity procurement and agri-input sales is strongly preferred.
• Familiar with local agricultural ecosystems, especially corn and paddy.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and local language.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Micro Collectors (MCs).
• Supervise and support field officers in procurement and sales activities.
• Promote and sell agri-input products to farmers within the network.
