Job summary

Coldspace, an integrated cold chain company, seeks a Field Sales Executive in Indonesia to drive new business across Jakarta and Bali. You will visit prospective clients, present services, tailor quotations, and close contracts while managing the sales pipeline and reporting field trends.

The role requires 1–3 years in field sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a willingness to work full-time in the field. Knowledge of logistics concepts and cold chain operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any major (preferably from Management, Accounting, Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales / canvassing
• Experience in logistics, transportation, cold chain, or FMCG industries is a plus
• Understanding of basic logistics business concepts: land freight, trucking, cold chain management
• Able to negotiate pricing and contracts with clients
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, comfortable presenting to decision makers
• Willing to work full-time in the field
• Placement: Jakarta & Bali.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active door-to-door visits to prospective clients
• Plan daily visit routes based on target regions and industry segments
• Present the company's services to prospective clients
• Prepare price quotations and service proposals tailored to client needs
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service through to deal closing
• Manage the sales pipeline and prioritize prospects based on potential
• Produce periodic market trend analysis based on field findings
• Prepare daily visit reports.
