Job summary

PT Tradecorp Indonesia in Surabaya, East Java, is seeking a sales professional with 1–3 years in container, logistics, or construction to prospect clients, present solutions, and expand the network. You will coordinate with design and production teams and develop container design concepts to meet client needs.

You will also prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and ensure all sales documents are properly organized and submitted.

Qualifications

• Diploma required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience (container/logistics/construction preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect clients and potential buyers and expand network.
• Collect customer and sales data for analysis.
• Conduct product presentations to clients and potential buyers.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and conduct negotiations with potential clients.
• Develop container design concepts and solutions according to client needs.
• Coordinate with design and production teams regarding technical specifications.
• Report sales activities and pipeline project changes regularly.
• Ensure all sales documents (PO, quotation, contracts, invoices) are organized and submitted.
