PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a sales-oriented Marketing/Sales professional in Indonesia to build and maintain relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business opportunities.

You will travel for frequent customer visits, promote our products, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms. A diploma (D3/S1) and at least 2 years in Marketing or Sales (B2B) are required; English proficiency and strong communication are essential. A company car is provided.

Formación

• Minimum D3/S1 from any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing/Sales, preferably from Trading or Manufacturing industry.
• Experience handling B2B/corporate customers is preferred.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings/design drawings.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks is preferred.
• Able to drive a car and hold a valid driving license (SIM A).
• Willing to conduct frequent outside/customer visits.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Company car will be provided and can be taken home.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.

• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on business opportunities.
• Promote and introduce company products/services to customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers when required.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and customer handling.
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
