Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the assigned area
• Visit merchants daily and build good relationships with PIC stores
• Ensure programs run well and sales targets are met
• Ensure POP material promotions in stores
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for sales, competitor and field issue information
• Manage 15-20 Sales Promoters
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoters
