Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a Sales Promoter Lead in Medan to drive area targets and build strong merchant relationships. You will supervise 15–20 promoters, visit stores daily, and coordinate promotions and POS material placement to ensure program success.

The role requires leadership, good communication, and familiarity with MS Office/Excel, with at least 2 years in sales in financial services or related fields, and ability to work shifts in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Must have at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• 2+ years of work experience in sales related fields.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities; good communication and social media marketing skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets for the assigned area.
• Daily visits to merchants and build relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure area programs meet sales targets and run smoothly.
• Ensure POP material promotion in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations to obtain sales info and field issues.
• Supervise 15-20 sales promoters.
• Monitor daily promoter activities.
• Conduct field team trainings and refreshers for Promoters.
