Job summary

PT. MULIA ARTHA SAUDARA in Surabaya is seeking a Sales Executive to drive customer development and increase distribution of Top Gas regulators and related gas equipment. You will visit outlets, take orders, and expand the customer base across the Surabaya area.

The role requires SMA/SMK education with 1–2 years in sales or distribution, preferably in hardware or consumer products. You will learn product knowledge, build relationships, and achieve targets while working mobile across the region.

Qualifications

• Must have strong selling and negotiation skills to drive outlet sales.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willing to travel to outlets across Surabaya.
• Learn product knowledge of gas equipment and explain benefits.
• Capable of canvassing, order taking, collections, and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct canvassing and routine visits to outlets in the Surabaya area
• Search for and develop new customers/outlets
• Perform order taking and increase sales of Top Gas products
• Maintain good relationships with customers and outlets
• Understand and explain Top Gas product knowledge to customers
• Monitor stock, display, pricing, and programs/promotions
• Monitor competitor activities in the field
• Conduct collections according to company regulations
• Create visit and sales reports regularly
