Job summary

PT Mitutoyo Indonesia is seeking a proactive field sales professional to identify and develop new customers across automotive, electronics and manufacturing sectors. You will meet engineering teams to understand challenges, translate needs into metrology solutions, and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.

The role emphasizes solution-based selling, demonstrations, and preparing quotations, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering disciplines as listed.
• 1–7 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales.
• Experience in metrology related company/agent/dealer is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by identifying and developing customers within the assigned territory.
• Understand customer problems by meeting engineering, QA/QC, production, purchasing and management teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Provide solution-based selling by recommending precision measurement solutions and coordinating demonstrations.
