Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in power tools/hardware/building materials in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Training & Empowerment: conduct product knowledge training for distributors, their teams, and sub-dealers.
• Market Intelligence: collect data on tool demand, monitor competitor moves, and propose localized marketing initiatives.
• Sales Support: assist distributors with sell-through plans, conduct field visits, and design dealer-specific promotional strategies.
