Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Strong in field sales, leadership and communication.
• English proficiency preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in distribution management at SPV/Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor to achieve sales growth, distribution excellence and business objectives.
• Assist Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategy and plan.
• Spend 80% time in field; coach, monitor and develop distributor teams.
• Design JOURNEY PLAN (PJP), territory management and control.
• Develop assigned market in terms of penetration, value/volume transaction.
• Conduct asset tracking to avoid missing or unproductive assets.
• Provide required data and analyses for improvement.
