Stie Yai in Indonesia seeks a field-focused distributor operations specialist to ensure accurate stock management, audit consistency at depots and distributors, and governance of distributor activities in line with policy.

You will drive territory productivity, support purchase orders, promotions costing, and field-force supervision; conduct market visits to various channels, activate programs, and strive to meet monthly volume and SKU targets across Labuhanbatu and adjacent areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with problem identification and solving, leadership, negotiation, sales & distribution, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate stock management at depots and distributors through regular audits and alignment with system records.
• Coordinate and optimize governance of distributor operations to ensure policy compliance and key metrics.
• Support distributor processes including PO validation, promotion cost control, and supervising field-force performance.
• Drive business development by enhancing productivity, boosting sales, and applying territory management strategies.
• Aim to achieve 100% of volume and SKU targets per monthly territory plans.
• Conduct market visits across Wholesale, KA, Vapestore, HoReCa, and Retail to communicate programs and ensure product availability.
• Engage with retail outlets and communities to activate programs and collect customer data.
