Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, volume, and offtake performance within the territory.
• Monitor outlet coverage, execution quality, and market performance to identify improvements.
• Develop and implement territory action plans based on outlet potential and market dynamics.
• Plan and monitor trade marketing and retail engagement activities across channels.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and optimize trade investment.
• Plan and execute consumer engagement programs through events and media.
• Analyze consumer trends and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Lead and develop field teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee budgets.
