Job summary

Cermati.com is looking for a Sales Supervisor to drive area sales and lead a field team in Sumatera and surrounding regions. You will visit merchants daily, build strong relationships with store PICs, and ensure programs and POP promotions achieve targets.

You will coordinate with operations, monitor promoter activities (15-20 people), and conduct training to keep the team sharp in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years in a sales-related role.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team and geographic area.
• Good communication and marketing skills, with social media familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
• Visit merchants daily and build strong relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure area programs meet sales targets and run smoothly.
• Ensure POP material promotions are placed in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for sales data, competitors, and field issues.
• Supervise approximately 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor daily promoter activities and performance.
• Provide field training and refreshment training for Promoters.
