PT Mastering Prima Abadi is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Field Operations Technician to manage inventory and support gashapon machine restocking across multiple sites. You will monitor stock levels, perform routine machine checks, and conduct light troubleshooting to keep devices operational.
Responsibilities include operating company vehicles for deliveries, updating digital records, and reporting issues to supervision. A driving license and comfort with mobile applications are required.
This role involves managing and maintaining inventory and equipment in a warehouse, preparing products for restocking gashapon/capsule toy machines, and performing field operations across multiple locations. You will be responsible for routine machine checks, basic technical troubleshooting, vehicle operation for logistics, and stock management using digital systems.
Key responsibilities
Organize, clean, and maintain inventory and stock conditions in the warehouse
Prepare products for restocking and refilling gashapon/capsule toy machines according to schedule and operational needs
Perform restocking and refilling of machines in line with company data and systems
Conduct routine checks on machine condition, function, and operation
Use smartphone applications and company systems for stock recording, machine checks, and work reporting
Perform basic troubleshooting and light technical repairs on machines and devices, including checking non-functioning machines, loose cables or connections, adapters and power supplies, LAN/network connections, and replacing simple components
Report equipment damage or technical issues requiring further attention to Supervisor
Operate company vehicles for operational needs including delivery, restocking, and machine checks at various locations
Perform loading and unloading of goods as required
Conduct stock checks and assist with periodic stock opname
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of warehouse and machine areas
Create work reports and report issues encountered during field operations
Qualification
Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
Valid active driving license (SIM A) and able to drive vehicles competently
Comfortable using smartphone, applications, and digital systems for work
Able to learn and operate company systems effectively
Basic knowledge of electronic/electrical device troubleshooting
Understanding of cables, adapters, power supplies, LAN/network connections, or electronic devices is a plus
Background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Automotive, or other technical fields is a plus
Willing to work in warehouse and field environments
Willing to perform physical activities including lifting and moving goods as needed
Willing to work mobile and visit multiple locations as required
Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and quick to adapt to new tasks
Physical condition that supports field and warehouse operational activities
