Job summary

NIQ is seeking a highly organized Field Operations Senior Executive to coordinate and manage offline fieldwork across Indonesia. You will serve as the key liaison between internal teams and field vendors, ensuring quality, timelines, and regulatory compliance within NIQ standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor offline fieldwork execution based on approved project specifications, questionnaires, survey links, and study materials provided by project teams.
• Support fieldwork execution for APAC-commissioned and non-APAC commissioned studies in Indonesia.
• Track project progress and ensure field activities are completed on time and per requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, fieldwork records, and operational reports.
• Act as the primary operational contact for fieldwork vendors and external field partners.
