NIQ is seeking a Data Acquisition Leader for Indonesia to drive strategy, execution, and transformation across operations. You will lead managers and field leaders, ensuring high-quality data, governance, and scalable processes while delivering financial performance and stakeholder value.

The role emphasizes strategic vision, people development, and collaboration across regional and global teams to enable growth and continuous improvement in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a senior leadership role managing managers and large teams.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and managing budgets.
• Experience driving business transformation and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Data Acquisition strategy for Indonesia.
• Lead end-to-end Data Acquisition operations with governance and quality standards.
• Drive transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial, Analytics, Product, Delivery, Finance, HR, and others.
• Build and develop a high-performing, inclusive leadership team.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
