Job summary

NIQ is seeking a highly organized Field Operations Senior Executive to support offline fieldwork across Indonesia. You will coordinate fieldwork with vendors, monitor execution, and ensure quality and timelines while aligning with NIQ standards.

This role serves as the main operations liaison between project teams and field partners in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong coordination, market research fieldwork experience, and working-level English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in market research operations, fieldwork management, vendor coordination, or related operational roles.
• Experience managing offline data collection projects and third-party vendors is preferred.
• Experience in consumer insights, market research, or field operations is highly desirable.
• Exposure to regional or multi-country projects is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and execution capabilities.
• Good understanding of offline fieldwork processes and vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Working-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offline fieldwork execution to meet specifications and timelines.
• Serve as liaison between project teams and fieldwork vendors in Indonesia.
• Track progress and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance with NIQ standards.
• Support vendor sourcing, feasibility and costing discussions.
• Ensure field activities comply with NIQ SOPs and regulations.
