Job summary

NIQ/GFK in Indonesia seeks a Senior Executive, Retail Vertical, to provide dedicated support to assigned clients across Indonesia. You will collaborate with operations and account teams to help clients leverage our products and services for informed business decisions.

You will deliver data extracts, syndicated reports, and analytics while assisting in process improvements and thought leadership initiatives. A comprehensive training program is provided.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a market research or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English proficiency is a must.
• Highly competent in MS Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, functions, charts).
• Aptitude for numbers and meticulous.
• Resourceful problem-solving and collaborative team player.
• Experience in solution and process automation by leveraging technology.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact of Retailers clients via phone or email.
• Advise clients on RMS resources, data standards, and analyses.
• Deliver analyses, charts and reports that are clear and meaningful to clients.
• Review service delivery KPIs with Client Service and Operations teams.
• Maintain timely communications with account teams and senior management.
