Job summary

Accurate Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new merchant acquisition for Accurate POS. You will present the product, demo usage at the merchant’s site, and guide onboarding until closing. You’ll nurture relationships for repeat business and referrals, traveling to outlets as needed.

The role requires a D3 degree, strong communication, and the ability to build local networks. A personal vehicle is a plus, with an incentive-based structure and BPJS/insurance after probation.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in any major is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to build networks with local business owners.
• Willing to learn basic networking and cashier device setup.
• Comfortable visiting outlets and working on the go.
• Target-driven mindset is required.
• Owning a personal vehicle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants to use Accurate POS.
• Conduct product presentations and demos at merchant’s business location.
• Follow up until the deal is finalized.
• Provide initial guidance on basic app usage once merchant is active.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants for future needs and referrals.
