Job summary

Accurate Indonesia is seeking a results-driven merchant acquisition specialist to identify and close opportunities for the Accurate POS system.

You will conduct product demonstrations at merchant locations, follow up to finalize deals, and provide onboarding guidance. The role requires active outreach, driving to outlets around Bekasi, and strong relationship-building skills for referrals and growth.

Qualifications

• Min. D3 in any major.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build networks with local business owners.
• Willing to learn basic networking and cashier device setup.
• Comfortable visiting outlets and working on the go.
• Able to work with targets.
• Owning a personal vehicle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants to use Accurate POS.
• Conduct product presentations and demos at merchant locations.
• Follow up until the deal is finalized.
• Provide initial guidance on basic app usage when merchant is active.
• Build and maintain good relationships with merchants for future needs and referrals.
