PT Ultra Sakti is a leading Indonesian pharmaceutical company recognized for FreshCare, Madu TJ, Welmove, Hotin Cream, MyWell and other consumer health brands. We seek a Field Management Supervisor – Beauty Advisor to oversee BA operations across regions, drive field execution, and ensure sales targets are met.

You will collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and HR to optimize programs, coach teams, and improve field performance while traveling across assigned regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; any major accepted.
• Minimum 3 years in field force or sales operations.
• Experience with Beauty Advisors or promoters preferred.
• Experience in FMCG/pharma/beauty/retail is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Beauty Advisor operations across regions, including manpower allocation, attendance, outlet coverage, and compliance with SOPs.
• Monitor BA performance and productivity against targets; develop action plans to improve results.
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate BA performance, coach teams, and ensure proper execution at outlets.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotional programs, product displays, and activities with relevant teams.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and HR to optimize BA operations.

FIELD MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR – BEAUTY ADVISOR

Job Description

As a Field Management Supervisor – Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in overseeing Beauty Advisor operations across multiple regions, ensuring effective manpower management, strong field execution, and achievement of sales targets. This position is responsible for monitoring team productivity, improving operational effectiveness, and developing field teams to support PT Ultra Sakti's business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, HR, and other relevant teams to ensure consistent execution of sales programs, effective outlet coverage, and continuous improvement in Beauty Advisor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Beauty Advisor operations across assigned regions, including manpower allocation, attendance, outlet coverage, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Monitor sales performance and BA productivity against established targets and KPIs, and develop action plans to improve results.
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate BA performance, provide coaching, and ensure effective execution at outlets.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotional programs, product displays, and sales activities in coordination with relevant teams.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and HR to optimize BA operations and achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field force management, sales operations, or retail operations.
• Experience managing Beauty Advisors, SPG/SPB, or promoter teams is highly preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, beauty, or retail industries is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel regularly across assigned regions.
