Job summary

BeautyHaul (Somethinc) is seeking an Area Sales SPV/Team Leader to drive growth in Bekasi and surrounding areas. You will lead a field sales team, monitor distributors, and maintain strong relationships with partners and outlets.

You will develop and implement Sell-In and Sell-Out strategies, ensure targets are met, and deliver regular sales reports. The role requires mobile work, target orientation, and experience in the beauty industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Have min. 2 years of experience as Area Sales SPV/Team Leader (beauty industry will be a plus).
• Willing to work mobile to monitor areas
• Able to work with target
• Experienced in handling Bekasi area

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies (Sell-In, Sell-Out).
• Monitor and control Beauty Advisors (BA) in the area.
• Maintain good relationships with partners and outlets.
• Monitor distributor sales, ensure target is reached.
• Monitor promotion programs ensuring execution is right on target.
• Develop monthly forecasts and PO recreational for distributors.
• Attain report updates regularly from distributors (SI, SO, toko pareto).
• Ensure all distributor claims are in accordance with the designated provision
• Deliver sales report (SO distributor) weekly and monthly.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies (Sell-In, Sell-Out).

Monitor and control Beauty Advisors (BA) in the area.

Maintain good relationships with partners and outlets.

Monitor distributor sales, ensure target is reached.

Monitor promotion programs ensuring execution is right on target.
