Beautyhaul, a fast-growing beauty company behind Somethinc, seeks an Area Sales Supervisor to drive distributor sales in Bandung. You will monitor distributor performance, execute promotion programs, and ensure targets are met.

The role requires a D3 or higher, 2+ years as Area Sales SPV/Team Leader, willingness to travel for field coverage, strong communication, and base in Bandung. Join us to disrupt beauty with agile, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Pendidikan minimum D3.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Area Sales SPV/Team Leader.
• Willing to be mobile to monitor area.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work with targets.
• Based in Bandung.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales in assigned area through distributors.
• Supervise distributor sales to ensure targets are met.
• Monitor promotional programs for correct execution.
• Prepare call plans and sales targets for salesmen.
• Monitor salesmen performance and mix.
• Forecast monthly results and PO realization for distributors.
• Obtain regular distributor reports (SI, SO, Pareto store).
• Monitor store receivables.
• Ensure distributor claims comply with terms.
• Submit weekly and monthly distributor sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Meningkatkan penjualan di area yang ditugaskan melalui distributor masing-masing.
• Melakukan pengawasan penjualan distributor, memastikan target distributor tercapai.
• Melakukan pengawasan terhadap program-program promosi yang diberikan agar dieksekusi tepat sasaran.
• Menyusun call plan dan target penjualan salesman.
• Memonitor pencapaian target salesman eksklusif dan mix.
• Membuat forecast bulanan dan realisasi PO untuk distributor.
• Mendapatkan update laporan secara regular dari distributor (SI, SO, toko pareto).
• Turut serta memonitor piutang toko.
• Memastikan semua klaim distributor sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan.
• Menyampaikan laporan penjualan (SO distributor) mingguan dan bulanan.

Requirements

• Pendidikan minimal D3
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Area Sales SPV/Team Leader (industri kecantikan merupakan nilai tambah)
• Bersedia bekerja mobile untuk memonitor area
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
• Dapat bekerja dengan target
• Berdomisili di Bandung
