Job summary

PT OTWOO Cosmetic Indonesia is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of Sales Executives and Beauty Advisors, drive sales targets, expand distribution, and strengthen market presence across the assigned territory. The role focuses on field execution, outlet visits, product sell-out, display compliance, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industries is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor total team sales performance against assigned area targets.
• Analyze sales gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Drive the team to acquire new outlets and increase market coverage.
• Monitor expansion activities and identify untapped market opportunities.
• Strengthen the company’s competitive position within the territory.
• Ensure Sales Executives and Beauty Advisors conduct daily visits according to company standards.
• Monitor route plans, visit productivity, and field discipline.
• Conduct regular joint visits to provide guidance and support.
• Increase the number of active outlets and reactivate dormant customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards.
• Ensure products are actively sold to end customers and monitor stock movement.
• Coordinate actions to improve sell-out and minimize slow-moving inventory.
• Ensure compliance with display standards, planograms, and branding visibility.
• Monitor promotional execution and merchandising effectiveness.
• Review and consolidate sales reports and submit accurate data to management.
• Use data to evaluate performance and support decision making.
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop action plans to improve performance and achieve targets.
• Maintain at least 95% attendance and ensure strong team discipline.
