Job summary

PT ACCENTUATES in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Training Manager to design and deliver product and sales training for staff and partners. The role requires 2-3 years in trainer or sales supervisor in smartphone/retail, with strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools is expected, and travel to support launches or events is required. The successful candidate will monitor performance, provide coaching, and prepare training
