Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in Consumer Electronics.

• Willing to travel frequently over branches.

Responsibilities

• Design quality sales training programs within budget.
• Schedule individual and team training plans regularly.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs monthly.
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and improve them.
• Choose appropriate training methods.
• Design onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Evaluate team and individual performance.
• Report on training program effectiveness.
• Create an open communication climate.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
• Stay updated with employee development trends.
