Job summary

Integrity Indonesia seeks a Field Coordinator to oversee nationwide field operations, lead a team of Field Screeners, coordinate verification activities, and optimize schedules and resources for high-quality Employment Background Screening services.

You will plan daily field assignments across Indonesia, monitor progress and reporting, conduct field visits when required, and drive continuous improvements in field processes and tools to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in field operations, field verification, investigations, surveys, or similar operational roles.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Screeners to achieve operational and performance targets.
• Plan and coordinate daily field assignments, schedules, and freelancer deployment across Indonesia.
• Monitor field visit progress, report submissions, and operational quality to ensure timely service delivery.
• Conduct field visits, interviews, and verification activities when required, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Resolve operational issues, provide guidance to the field team, and continuously improve field operations and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, Product, and other internal teams to enhance field processes, tools, and service quality.
• Analyze field operations and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Sciences or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in field operations, field verification, investigations, surveys, or similar operational roles.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising field teams.
• Strong knowledge of field operations planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting.
• An established nationwide network of freelancers, surveyors, investigators, or field representatives is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality.
• Experience in Employment Background Screening, market research, insurance investigations, field audits, collections, or other field-based operations is highly desirable.
