Job summary

Integrity Indonesia is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to help ensure smooth and efficient business operations through operational coordination, freelancer management, administrative support, and process improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will work with internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and international stakeholders to manage activities, maintain documentation, and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, psychology, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations support, administration, recruitment operations, talent acquisition, freelancer/vendor management, or related roles.
• Experience managing freelancers, contractors, vendors, or recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Comfortable working with international teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
