SeaBank Indonesia is seeking a proactive Collections Team Lead to manage and monitor field collection activities. You will guide team performance, coach members to boost productivity, and ensure adherence to banking regulations. Cross-department collaboration will help sharpen collection strategies and reporting accuracy.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, plus proficiency in MS Office. Banking sector experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2+ years in banking or financial services.
• Experience with unsecured loan products is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiar with BI, OJK and banking regulations.
