Job summary

PT Indodana Multi Finance in Bali is seeking an experienced Collection and Recovery Manager to lead a field collection team and drive performance against targets. You will coach collectors, monitor AR movement, and report progress to management, ensuring delinquency goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in Collection Banking Industry or Multi Finance.
• Minimum 1st cycle (Bachelor's) education in any field.
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Proficient in MS Office with analytical ability.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities

Manage and monitor Collection and Recovery performance to ensure target achievement

Provide reports, information and feedback to management on Delinquency target achievement

Move AR on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Supervise the field collector team and provide coaching

Handle performance management for underperforming Field Collectors

Monitor field collector visit results and visit frequency

Report and discuss target achievement, problems and difficulties to management

Allocate handling areas for each collector

Manage and monitor consumer payments

Provide analysis of consumer handling and report to management

About you

Minimum 6 years experience in Collection Banking Industry or Multi Finance

Minimum S1 education in any field

Strong communication skills and leadership qualities

Proficient in MS Office with analytical ability

Strong problem-solving skills
