Lamudi Philippines is seeking an energetic Business Development Associate to join our Jabodetabek team. You will be the face of Lamudi to top and local property agencies, building partnerships and delivering tailored solutions to drive sales growth.

You will research potential clients, present compelling proposals, and maintain strong relationships while meeting monthly targets in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Experience in field sales, direct selling, relationship management, or other forms of meeting customers.
• Proven track record of meeting own targets and deadlines.
• Own vehicle (motorcycle / car).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, comfortable under pressure and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients in Jabodetabek and prepare high-quality sales proposals and pitches.
• Identify client needs and apply the right solution to increase client reach.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Lamudi’s traffic and marketing solution products and market trends.
• Implement strategies to expand market presence while delivering high-quality deliverables.
• Build connections with property offices and related clients on a daily basis.
