We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Jabodetabek. This role will serve as the face of Lamudi across multiple cities for top and local clients, including real estate agencies and property agents. You will build strong partnerships, identify client needs, and deliver the right solutions — creating a strong commitment to sales performance while maintaining a \"can do\" attitude, seeking solutions to problems, and continuously improving. Management at Lamudi does not manage from high above — we are builders who don't mind rolling up our sleeves to overcome challenges together with the team.

As a Business Development Associate you will build good partnerships with clients, identify client’s needs and exercising best solutions that work for the client. You will create a strong commitment to drive our sales performance and maintain a “can do” attitude, seek solutions to problems and work toward improvement continuously.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• You will serve as the primary point of contact for top and local property agencies/agents in selected areas of Jabodetabek, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships


• You will identify and research potential clients, preparing high-quality sales proposals, presentations, and pitches


• You will identify client needs and apply the right solution to help property clients get more reach


• You will maintain deep knowledge of our traffic and marketing solution products, services, and market trends within the property industry


• You will implement strategies to expand our market presence while maintaining high-quality deliverables


• You will build connections with property offices and related clients on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, account management or business development


• Experience in field sales, direct selling, relationship management, or other forms of meeting customers


• Proven track record of meeting own targets and deadlines


• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, comfortable under pressure and monthly targets


• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, understanding what makes a customer tick and how to reach deals that work for all parties


• Own vehicle (motorcycle/car)
