Job summary

KAAMALA RESORT UBUD is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations in Bali. You will lead wait staff, bartenders, and helpers, ensuring smooth service and high standards.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, coordination with kitchen, hygiene, and staff training. You will schedule shifts, monitor stock, and report to management to maintain exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

Oversee and supervise daily food and beverage operations to maintain smooth service.

Monitor service quality, presentation, and adherence to standards.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation across dining areas.
