Job summary

Klub Jimbaran Bali is seeking a qualified FB Supervisor to lead dining operations, manage staff, and ensure service quality in a busy resort-style setting.

You will oversee safety, guest interactions, and sales targets, while coordinating bar and kitchen activities. Open to local candidates with at least 1 year of SPV/F&B leadership and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major (Business Management preferred).
• Minimum 1 year SPV/F&B leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Open bar skills management preferred.

Key responsibilities

Managing the business operations of a dining establishment

Hiring, training, scheduling and supervising staff members

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, health codes and standard service procedures

Attending to customer complaints or issues and resolving them as quickly as possible

Responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales targets

Responsible for product quality, outlet performance, and customer satisfaction

Overseeing inventory, food preparation, food storage and dining areas

Maintaining and inspecting the cleanliness and neatness of the work areas and table setups

About you

Possess at least Diploma or bachelor's degree in all majors Education (Business Management is preferred)

Have experience working as SPV / Leader in the field of F&B at least 1 year

Strong leadership

Preferred in open bar skills management
