Job summary

UFoods is seeking a Finance, Accounting & Tax Associate to handle day-to-day accounting, maintain records, and support tax compliance in the F&B industry. You will manage AP, reconcile accounts, and assist in month-end close and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with at least 1 year of experience, strong PSAK/Indonesian tax knowledge, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets. ERP experience and F&B/retail exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain financial records.
• Manage Accounts Payable processes including verification, recording, reconciliation and payment prep.
• Prepare bank and account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closings.
• Assist in preparing financial and management reports timely and accurately.
• Ensure activities comply with PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Assist with tax administration including PPh 21/23/25/29/4(2)/PPh 26.
• Support treasury activities and cash flow monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams and outlets for accurate data.
• Contribute to improving accounting processes and internal controls.

UFoods is looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Associate to join the team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting transactions, managing financial records, and supporting various accounting and tax compliance activities within the F&B industry.

Key responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate and complete financial records.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, recording, reconciliation, and payment preparation.

Prepare bank and account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist in preparing financial and management reports accurately and on a timely basis.

Ensure accounting activities comply with PSAK and applicable Indonesian tax regulations.

Assist with tax administration and compliance, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPh 4(2), and PPh 26.

Support treasury activities and cash flow monitoring as required.

Collaborate with internal teams and outlets to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

Contribute to improving accounting processes and internal controls.

Assist with audit requirements and other finance & accounting projects as assigned.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.

Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian taxation.

Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, account reconciliation, month-end closing, and financial reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.

Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet industry is a plus.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
