Job summary

Modinity in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a senior fashion designer with 7+ years of experience to lead design efforts, mentor the team, and translate creative direction into market-ready concepts.

You will supervise tech packs, fabric selection, sample development, collaborate with merchandising and production, and ensure designs meet brand standards and timelines. Strong CAD skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and CLO are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to align designs with market demand and business objectives.
• Facilitate clear communication with vendors and internal teams to address technical design challenges and ensure smooth production processes.
• Oversee fittings and provide feedback to ensure designs meet the brand’s creative and technical specifications.
• Establish and manage timelines for research, development, and product launches, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
