Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a proactive Merchandising and Production Coordinator to drive product visibility and sales. You will manage end-to-end production, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery while aligning stock with market demand.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, collaborating with design teams, and producing regular production and inventory reports to support business growth.

Qualifications

Job description

Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximise product visibility and sales

Manage and oversee production from start to finish, including raw material procurement, production process supervision, and product delivery

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure production runs according to schedule

Manage stock and inventory to ensure product availability aligns with market demand

Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to develop new products that align with fashion trends

Analyze sales trends and provide recommendations for restocking or new product development

Prepare regular production and inventory reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Management, Business, or a related field
• Experienced in a similar position (experience in a fashion retail company is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Proactive, meticulous, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and other relevant software
• English proficiency is a plus
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to create visually appealing product displays
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and utilise data to drive informed decisions
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
