Club Pantai is a Bali-born brand of souvenirs and clothing. We are hiring a Production & Sourcing Manager who will own the product development process from idea and samples to production, then order follow-up through to delivery.

You will work directly with founders, designers and the team at our Pererenan office to drive quality and efficiency. Based in Bali or willing to move, you will coordinate with suppliers in Bali and Indonesia, lead sample development and quality assurance, plan

Formación

• 4+ years in product or production management.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Based in Bali or willing to move.
• Experience with apparel, textiles or packaging.
• Full-time, on-site at Pererenan office.

Club Pantai is "The Cool Gift from Bali", a Bali-born brand of souvenirs and clothing, with every product designed in-house. We're growing fast: three stores in less than two years, a new flagship opening in Pererenan, and an online shop. Office in Pererenan.

The role

As Production & Sourcing Manager, you work directly with the founders, our fashion designers and the whole team. You are in charge of the product development process, from idea and samples to production, then order follow-up through to delivery.

• Work with our suppliers and workshops in Bali and Indonesia
• Develop and check samples
• Quality control
• Follow up orders and deliveries
• Packaging
• Plan quantities with our inventory team

About you

• 4+ years in product or production management
• You love creating a product from start to finish
• Hands-on, organised, at ease with Google Workspace and open to working with AI
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Based in Bali or ready to move
• Bonus: experience with apparel, textiles, accessories or packaging
• Full-time, 100% on-site at our Pererenan office.
