Job summary

Bali United partnered project team seeks a fashion designer with expertise in apparel product development to lead from concept to production. You will translate concepts into tech packs and manage vendor collaborations to deliver high-quality seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and market demand.

You will oversee sampling, fittings, approvals, and ensure timelines, cost targets, and branding standards are met while exploring new product opportunities to strengthen the lineup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Fashion Design, Apparel Product Development, or a similar role.
• Strong experience handling end-to-end product development from concept to production.
• Background in sportswear, casualwear, streetwear, lifestyle, or retail fashion preferred.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, printing, embroidery, fitting, and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end apparel and merchandise development from concept through production.
• Develop seasonal collections aligned with Bali United’s brand identity and commercial direction.
• Translate design concepts into production-ready tech packs, specifications, and artwork.
• Drive fabric, trim, color, print, embroidery, and construction development with vendors.
• Manage sampling, fitting, revisions, approvals, and production readiness.
• Partner with merchandising and commercial teams to align product development with sales and launches.
• Ensure product quality, fit, branding, costing, and timeline meet standards.
• Identify new product, capsule, and collaboration opportunities to strengthen the assortment.
