Bali Treasures a percussion factory is seeking an exceptional Factory General Manager / Head of Manufacturing to take ownership of the factory's overall performance and lead its transformation into a more efficient, disciplined, capable and scalable operation. You will have the authority and mandate to improve the entire manufacturing operation while preserving the craftsmanship, product quality and company culture that have supported the business for three decades.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory and quality systems
• Experience in export manufacturing and working with international customers
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business or a related field preferred
• Must be prepared to relocate to Bali and work closely with the factory team on a sustained, hands-on basis
