Job summary

PT. Wijaya Machinery Perkasa is seeking a Marketing Staff – Lead Generation to actively search for factories and new potential customers, conduct canvassing and direct visits to industrial zones and factories, and introduce the company and product lines to prospective buyers.

The role will help gather customer needs, identify opportunities for machinery purchases, build a database of new companies and PIC, and perform initial follow-ups with potential customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK/D3/S1 from any major.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in Lead Generation, Field Marketing, Canvassing, Business Development, or B2B is a plus.
• Willing to regularly visit factories and perform field work.
• Confident in cold approach and meeting new people.
• Active, communicative with good networking ability.
• Hunter mindset, persistent, proactive and target-oriented.
• Disciplined in follow-up and recording customer activities.
• Willing to learn about machinery and industrial equipment.
• Personal vehicle and driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively search for factories and new potential customers.
• Conduct canvassing and direct visits to industrial zones and factories.
• Perform cold visits, cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and direct approach.
• Search for and obtain contact information of PIC such as Purchasing, Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Plant Manager, and Owner.
• Introduce the company and product lines to potential customers.
• Explore initial customer needs regarding machinery and industrial equipment.
• Identify opportunities for new machinery purchases, expansion, replacement, or equipment upgrades.
• Gather information about machinery, equipment, and brands currently used by customers.
• Create database of new companies and PIC.
• Conduct initial follow-up with potential customers.
