Job summary

PT. LAXMI UTAMA is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities across multiple sites in Jakarta. You will inspect MEP systems, troubleshoot electrical networks (LV & MV), and assist with minor civil works as needed.

Applicants should hold SMK or D3 in Electrical or Mechanical, have 1-2 years in building maintenance/MEP, be able to operate technical tools, and own a motorcycle with a valid license to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• SMK/D3 in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• 1-2 years experience in building maintenance/MEP
• Understanding of MEP systems and electrical LV/MV
• Familiar with plumbing and basic civil works
• Able to use technical tools
• Willing to travel between locations with own motorcycle and valid license

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of building facilities
• Inspect and maintain MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Troubleshoot electrical systems (low & medium voltage)
• Assist with minor civil works when needed
• Work across multiple locations and prepare basic reports
