Job summary

Joinease is seeking a Civil & Building Maintenance (GA) technician in Semarang to perform electrical, civil, plumbing, and HVAC support tasks. The role involves minor repairs, reading simple layouts, and collaborating with a small maintenance team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of similar experience, a basic grasp of English, and familiarity with safety practices. SMA/D3 in engineering fields is preferred; licenses are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least SMA/D3 in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, especially in manufacturing.
• Able to perform minor repairs and troubleshooting on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC related tasks.
• Familiar with hand tools and basic maintenance equipment.
• Able to read and interpret simple technical drawings or layouts.
• Electrical/Mechanical Worker License is a plus.
• Understanding of workplace safety (K3) practices is required.
• Able to work independently and in a team; good communication skills (basic English a plus).

Responsibilities

• Electrical: Replace lighting, repair outlets, switches, and small distribution boards; troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Civil & Carpentry: Patch and paint walls; repair doors, locks, and windows; assemble and repair office furniture; basic concrete work.
• Plumbing: Fix leaks, unclog sinks and toilets, replace filters, and repair toilet components.
• HVAC Support: Change filters, clean vents, and identify issues for HVAC vendor.
• Refrigerant Maintenance: Basic maintenance for refrigerants in company appliances (refrigerators, vending machines, chillers, freezers).

Job Description

• - Electrical: Replace lighting (bulbs, ballasts, LEDs),repair power outlets, switches, and small distribution boards.troubleshoot electrical issues in office equipment.
