Job summary

PT. OCS Global Services (OCS Indonesia) seeks a Facility Management Supervisor to oversee multiple services and ensure performance aligns with standards.

You will manage a large workforce across housekeeping, security, cleaning, gardening, and technical teams, driving process improvements and FM projects within planned timelines. You will apply hospitality knowledge to elevate operational excellence, enforce health and safety standards, and travel to various sites as required.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma Degree from any major.
• Minimum 3 years as Supervisor/Asst Manager in FM, hospitality, security, building mgmt or general affairs.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Knowledge in housekeeping, cleaning, security, gardening, technical and engineering.
• Hospitality knowledge to ensure operational excellence in FM.
• Strong FM business and project management skills for process improvements.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards to minimize operational risks.
• Able to handle multiple projects concurrently; willing to travel.
• Prefer networks with local governments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Operational Services and ensure compliance with Company and Customer standards.
• Oversee large manpower across Cleaning, Security, Gardener, Technician, Pest Control, Office Support.
• Drive FM processes and project improvements on planned timelines.
• Coordinate with local governments and stakeholders as needed.

Job description

Manages Operational Services and ensures that employee performance & system comply with Company & Customer standards.

Managed large manpower with various services (Cleaning Services, Security, Gardener, Technician, Pest Control, Office Support)

Qualification:

Min Diploma Degree from any major.

Minimum 3 years experiences as Supervisor / Asst Manager in Facility Management Services, Hospitality, Security Services, Building Management, General Affair.

Good Computer Skill (MS. Office)

Have specific knowledge and skill in Housekeeping, Cleaning Services, Security, Gardening, Technical, Engineering.

Possess Hospitality knowledge to ensure Operational Excellence Facility Management activities as aligned with global standards.

Possess strong Facility Management business process and project management skills to be able to identify process improvement opportunities and manage and monitor the improvement projects as according to the established timeline and work plan.

Have a good knowledge about health and safety standard to ensure compliance to applicable laws and regulations and to minimize operational risks in operation activities.

Able to handle multiple projects at the same time while performing Operational Facility Management improvement projects on the identified to be improved areas within the production processes.

Willing to travel and mobile in various area.

Preferably have a good network with local governments
