Job summary

PT Garuda Yamato Steel is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance and infrastructure on site in Indonesia. You will coordinate needs across departments, supervise contractors, and implement preventive maintenance programs to control costs and ensure safety and compliance.

Job description

What Will You Do :

1. Manage and monitor condition, functionality, and maintenance of company buildings, facilities, and physical infrastructure.


2. Coordinate facility needs across departments, including repairs, renovations, workspace improvements, and infrastructure maintenance.


3. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.


4. Supervise contractors and vendors while monitoring the quality, progress, timelines, and costs of facility-related projects.


5. Conduct routine inspections, ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.


6. Prepare, manage, and monitor facility maintenance budgets.

What We Are Looking For :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any other Engineering fields.


2. Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, civil works, or general affairs.


3. Good knowledge of building construction, facility maintenance and renovation projects.


4. Ability to identify facility issues, assess repair requirements, and coordinate corrective actions.


5. Familiarity with contractor and vendor management, including work supervision, cost estimation, and quality control.


6. Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.


7. Proficient in English and willing to work on-site from Cikarang.
