Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent math skills for computing percentages, discounts and markups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules and assign tasks.
• Serve as point of contact between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance reports to management.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfection schedules.
• Evaluate vendors by cost and benefit through market research.
• Track facility expenses and report variances.
• Resolve problems and identify approaches to meet objectives.
• Lead by example and drive CBRE RISE values within the team.
• Ensure team outcomes positively impact customer objectives.
