Job summary

PT CBRE Consultancy Services is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee a team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently.

The role sits within Facilities Management and supports Property Managers handling repairs and capital plans across assets. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience, solid Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance and progress reports to management.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Conduct market research and compare costs when evaluating new vendors.
• Track regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems and identify approaches to achieve team objectives.
• Establish new techniques to help the team meet objectives.
• Impact team and related teams' objectives; drive positive customer outcomes.
